Livia

Oh my goodness! How cute is Livia? Just about a year ago I met Livia and took her pictures. Her mom contacted me a year later and drove up from Utah for me to take some updated photos of this beauty. I could not believe how much difference a year makes. She was absolutely perfect the whole time and when her mom pulled out that rock and roll outfit, I melted. She looks so pretty in so many. There were oodles of photos I could have played with all day. Livia's crafty aunt made her amazingly cute hair decor and fun tutu--you can check out her stuff at inspiredbyaveri.blogspot.com So cute.

Roberts

The Roberts family was in desperate need of a great family picture. Their oldest son had just returned from his mission and their oldest daughter was just about to head out on hers so they asked if we could squeeze in a quick photo shoot while all 8kids were together. I was happy to do it. Before our ward split I was in young womens with 3 of their daughters and I love them all. I still ask Sara for a hug every time I see her. We had a good time doing these photos and got some really great shots. I am especially fond of the boy band shots :)

Courtney and Jason Part II

So when I finally stole Courtney and Jason away for their photos, we had a little mishap. I asked if the happy couple would head down to the dock for some pictures. Courtney hadn't brought her shoes along and was tiptoeing down to the dock when we both heard a splash. We looked over and Jason had backed himself right into the water. I turned on my camera as quickly as possible and snapped as fast as I could. The only problem was that I was laughing so hard couldn't hold my camera still. I really don't know if I've ever laughed that hard in my life. I can officially say this wedding tops my list of favorites.

Courtney and Jason

Courtney and Jason got married on a beautiful August evening. Everything was so perfect at the wedding. There was only one oversight that I noticed. They didn't allot any time for pictures!! I know I'm hyperventilating again just thinking about it. So after the wedding and before the reception we snapped some super quick family shots, and the guests began arriving. I waited semi-patiently for my opportunity and when I saw it arise I physically grabbed this bride and groom and stole them away before it was dark! We literally did these photos in 15 minutes, and I am so happy with how they turned out. But seriously, look what I had to work with...made my job really easy. We had some excitement during this time that is going to be documented in an part II to be posted as soon as I can. So...to be continued...

The Missionary Gals

These three beautiful girls just sent their three handsome boyfriends on missions. As any girl who has done it knows...it can be a little bit on the hard side, especially at first. So I asked them if they wanted to go out and take some pictures to send their guys. They all agreed and we had so much fun. I love all of these gals, and I will continue to tell them to hang in there. I have assured them, from experience, that it will be worth their wait ;)

Bridger

One of my favorite regulars, Bridger, came back to see me for his one year old photo shoot. This kid is so stinking hilarious. He was all smiles the whole time which made it easy to get some really great shots. We had to sneak in a few camo shots for his avid hunter daddy. My favorites, I think, were the overalls and hat in front of the barn door, though. The denim clothes, the old red barn, and this cutest boy made for a perfect combination. Those big brown eyes just melt my heart. I think they do a number on his parents too :)
