The Daniels Fam
By brother and his family came up to Pocatello for a family photo session and some individuals of the kids. We didn't have a lot of time and the wind was blowing like mad, but lucky for us after about 15 minutes of the wind-blown look, the gusts died down and made for pretty stinking good picture taking weather. What I learned from our speedy photo session is that we don't need an hour to get some great shots. Teagan and Hudson both were very cooperative and the whole crew looked great. Love 'em.

Ava
I always say the best time to photograph a newborn is 2 weeks old and younger. Ava came to see me when she was nearly 7 weeks old, and I wont lie I was a bit apprehensive, only because the bigger they get the less they hold still :) Ava was perfect, though. She sat as still as could be wide awake. Our only difficulty was getting her to sleep. She fought off the z's long and hard, but we eventually got her out. I think she is such a beautiful baby and she was so good.

The Mace Crew
Well, these are some of my favorite people not only to take pictures of, but to spend time with. We headed out on a freezing cold crazy windy day, and I with two little gals' hair blowing every which way I was a bit worried. So after the first set we headed into old town to see if we could find some shelter and it worked like a charm! The pictures all turned out great and I had so much fun with these guys besides losing Kirk's glasses, everything went perfectly :)

The Kunz Clan
The Kunz' took me on a ride to the middle of nowhere for their family photos. They had a specific place in mind, and I was game to try somewhere new. I just had to laugh because when we got there I told them the background just looked too perfect. I figure there's probably a few studios around here with a similar looking fake background, but rest assured this was real...very real. In fact, I feared for my life more than once climbing on all sorts of terrain. It was all worth it, however. I love their pictures. They are the perfect little family.

The Buffaloe Family
I met up with the Buffaloe family for some family pics and some individuals of the kids. It was freezing cold, but I just kept telling them to pretend that it was really warm :) I couldn't believe how easy it was shooting a family with no little kids. I just kept thinking, "This is too easy." When I do a family set I usually only get a handful of family photos that are frame-worthy. This certainly was not the case with this cute fam. I edited so stinking many family shots, there were just too many great ones. I had a really fun time hanging out with these guys. They were way fun.

Sick Again...
Just wanted to let anyone know who is waiting for pictures or waiting for an email reply to schedule pictures I am behind-very behind. My three boys and myself have all been super sick and after a 6 night streak of no sleep whatsoever, we are now recovering and trying to get back into the swing of things. So I am going to work my tail off the rest of this week and get to everyone as quickly as physically possible. Just didn't want to leave anyone hanging...I'm working on it! Thanks for your patience.
