Draden

Well if there's one thing I love it's an adorable, blond-haired, blue-eyed boy...and Draden was exactly that. At 9-months-old Draden wasn't really into smiling at the camera at all. He was, however, very interested in anything else he could get his hands on. It was pretty funny. I'm sure an onlooker would have been completely entertained watching three adults doing anything in their power to get him to look up. All the hard work paid off-there were so so many cute pictures. Draden's grandma taught me dance from the time I was a tiny girl. We did this number to that song..."Get out of my dreams, get into my car..." Draden's daddy (about 5 at the time) drove in in a little car so I thought it very fitting to bring the car along and I'm so glad I did! I just LOVE the pictures of him in it.

The Garners

Justin and Erin got married on June 12th in the Twin Falls temple. I agreed to do their wedding even though I had a brand new little guy because Erin is my little sister's best friend so I knew I could bring baby along and have some extra help. The wedding day landed in the middle of those crazy stormy days in June and I had to laugh that their day was sunny and hot. We were all sweating bullets, but grateful that it wasn't raining. We didn't have long to get the pictures taken before the luncheon, but managed to squeeze in quite a few really good shots. I had never done a wedding at the Twin Falls temple before, so that was fun. They both looked great and were a lot of fun to work with.

Beck

Okay, so a proud mommy gets to post a few of her own right?? This is my baby Beck. I took the brown set with the baseball gear when he was one week old and the zebra shots when he was two weeks old. He is one chuga luga little fella! I was really happy with how they all turned out. I took a million and haven't had time to edit very many (this 3 kids thing is a big adjustment) I owe the Ferro family a big thank you for letting me borrow this mitt. I took their son's senior pictures in the fall and had this vision in my head of using his mitt for baby pictures if I had a boy. I knew he would be to big too fit on the mitt, but his head snuggled in perfectly. Mmmm don't you just want to kiss those chugger cheeks?

Koen

I had a chance to do a mini photo session of Koen when he was just four months. His mommy has a picture of her other three kids at four months in the exact same pose. So it was important that Koen get one too. The problem was that he was totally not interested in posing in such a way. He fought it like crazy, sucked his arms, and got down right ticked, but we managed to catch some cute ones. I took his pictures just 3 days before I ended up having my baby, so that's why there was such a delay before his posting.

The Rassmussen Family

I absolutely LOVED working with the Rassmussen Family. After being rained out on our scheduled day, we found another day that worked and it ended up being such a perfect day for pictures. This family of 7 (6 boys and 1 girl) was so stinking fun to spend time with. I couldn't help but think how fun it would be to be a part of this family! Beyond the constant climbing of the fences :) I was laughing the whole time and came home in a great mood. It makes such a difference when I work with a family as great as this one.

Braxton

At three weeks old Braxton came to have some newborn shots taken. I thought that he was such a pretty baby. He started out awesome, sound asleep. Woke up in the middle for a few minutes and then for awhile couldn't decide if he wanted to be awake or asleep. This led to quite of few shots of one eye open one eye shut, or the half open peeking look. But once we got him resettled into the fur he wasn't going anywhere. So I snapped a bunch and got tons of cute shots.
