Gryphon

Gryphon came to my for a newborn photo shoot. His mom had planned for him to fall asleep on the ride over here, but this wasn't the case. Gryphon was bright eyed when he arrived and was not at all ready to go to sleep. His eyes were so pretty that I didn't even mind. After a little coaxing and binkying and cuddling, Gryphon finally settled in for some sleepy shots. He was very opinionated about his positioning, however, and wasn't at all shy about changing position each time I got him set.

Paisli & Emeri

Itty bitty teeny tiny Paisli came to me for some newborn photos. Paisli was born several weeks premature and spent the first weeks of her life in the NICU. I was so happy that I got to take this mini little girlie's pictures. Born only 3 lbs she was now weighing in at just under 5 lbs, it was tricky coming up with props that wouldn't just swallow her. I thought she looked beautiful on the purple especially, propped so delicately on a pillow. Paisli's big sister Emeri came along for a few shots of her own and put on a great performance. She kept coming to me for me to hold her and I LOVED it.

Shaylise

Okay, all I can say is overwhelming! We did Shaylise's bridals in Malad. Like I said in her engagement pictures...she is just so stinking photogenic. I love when I'm working with someone who really knows what she's doing. We went to such a pretty area too. So the combination was insane. It has taken me a longer than usual to get them finished just because I want to edit every single picture. So here's some of may favorites, but there were many, many more.

Frasure Family

The Frasure Family was a riot. As everyone was arriving I noticed that the one family missing was the one who had done all the scheduling. Some calls were put in, and we found out that one of the grandchildren had had a little accident and was at urgent care. So we decided to start with individual families with hopes that they'd make it in the end. Sadly, they never did...so the group picture is one family short :( I LOVED the color scheme. It was really different but really fun, and I thought the photos turned out great.

Alli & Bailey

Alli came to be for some baptism pictures. Her sister, Bailey, came along for some sister shots and some individuals. We started in Old Town first and got some fun shots of the girls, then headed to lower City Creek for the baptisms. Alli's mom brought along a pink Gerber daisy and I am so glad that she did. It just added enough color so that the pictures weren't just green and white. What fun girls.
